It's 2017 and there are so many places in our world without peace. It's becoming too easy to take my safety and security for granted.
I've just learned about the White Helmets, unarmed volunteers who risk their lives to help anyone in need - regardless of religion or politics. I want to share what they're doing and encourage you to donate to their cause, if you are able to give. Every contribution counts, no matter how small.
Always get an afternoon Starbucks? Why not forego that luxury for one afternoon and donate that $5 instead? Getting a handsome tax return? Why not donate 10% of it to the people living and surviving in bleak environments around the world?
Help create the world you want to live in.
